Will you be tied into an annual contract?
No - we ask 1 month's notice if you want to change the Service Level Agreement
What will it cost?
Proactive Service
Typically £20 (+ VAT) per machine per month (£50 (+ VAT) per Server)
Reactive Service
£5 (+ VAT) (£30 (+ VAT) per Server) per machine per month for the Reactive Service with £100 (+ VAT) setup costs to come out and health check the machines in the first instance.

What will this fee cover?
This will cover depending on your level of service, the regular visits, telephone support, "call out fees" and "labour costs"
It does not cover the costs of any parts or replacement machines.
There may be costs entailed with any loan equipment used in getting/keeping you going
