This provides you with an On Call Engineer, who will turn out to try to limit any disaster and recover the situation, reducing any unexpected charges as much as possible

The service includes a basic pc and system health check with a report on the situation found

In some senses think of this as your car breakdown service but for computers!

 

Proactive Service

In addition to the Reactive Call Out Service, on a monthly, pre-arranged basis a Summit IT Engineer will attend your site to health check your computers typically this will include but not be limited to

  • Antivirus updates and sweeps, removal of any viruses found
  • Anti-spyware updates and sweeps
  • Operating System and Desktop software patching
  • Server diagnostics and health check
  • Resolution of other IT performance issues

Administrative Services

In addition to the Proactive Service, Summit IT will undertake basic administrative tasks such as creating new users, setting up printers and the like. Summit IT will assist in legal & compliance issues such as Licence Monitoring and IT Usage Policies. You can have Off Site Backup Storage and assistance in your "disaster recovery planning"

Ad Hoc Services

If you would prefer, Summit IT will also carry out work on an ad hoc for an hourly or daily rate
